How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to wait for confirmation?
Your request is received as soon as you submit it, and we confirm quickly by phone or email. You do not need to wait before planning your visit — if anything needs adjusting, we will reach out.
Can I choose a therapist?
Yes. When booking online you can select a preferred therapist and we will do our best to match you. If they are unavailable, another experienced therapist will be ready to help.
What if my preferred time is not available?
Pick the next closest open slot online, or call us — we often have last-minute openings and keep a waitlist for cancellations.

What are your business hours?
We are open seven days a week. Hours can vary by day and season, so please call to confirm the current schedule before a walk-in visit.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your preferred time and therapist.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment — just call us or use the link in your confirmation email. With less than 3 hours notice or a no-show, the full service rate may be charged.
Do you offer RMT massage?
Yes — we offer Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) with receipts for insurance, plus direct billing for eligible plans. Tap Book Appointment and choose RMT Massage.
Do you offer nail care, cupping, or acupuncture?
Yes. Alongside Thai, RMT, and hot stone massage we offer nail care, cupping, acupuncture, and osteopathy. Choose your service when booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Booking online sends an appointment request — no online payment is taken at that step. A deposit secures your booking: 10% of the service fee for online bookings, or $10 by phone or walk-in, and it goes toward your payment. Cancel or reschedule free up to 12 hours before; with less than 3 hours notice or a no-show, the full rate applies. Prices are subject to HST.
